Going to start a 12 hour job soon, how do I learn to cook so that I can do pic related and retain gains?
>put chicekn breasts in oven while at gym
>come home
>they're done
They take an hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees. broccoli can be steamed in a pot with like a centimeter of water and let it cook for like 10 minutes. I replace rice with oatz
How can people do this 7 day prep shit? I know rice tastes like shit after just a few hours in the fridge, I can't imagine going for day 7's box of rice. I bet the rice and pasta are fucking awful after just 2-3 days. Why are people this lazy? It takes just 10 minutes to make some instant rice, or cook some pasta or steam some broccoli.

I work 12 hrs as well. if you have a locker bring backup food like oatmeal and bars and stuff. Some days you get lazy and dont bring much food or just need a little extra. Alot better then going hungry or geting fast food.

breh... that's some dry chicken you've got there. Try 20 minutes at 450, a million times better. Best chicken I've had has been cooked on a griddle top tho
