could too much volume be holding back my gains? I feel like I'm plateauing in terms of growth.
I literally did about 6 different curl exercises for like 60 reps each, along with more rows and pull ups. I'm smoked now, but I was wondering if all this volume is holding me back, as a natty.
The reason for this, other than my obsession with working out, is my lack of a structured program. I've put my own PPL together but it's not "professionally made." The reason why I don't follow internet routines is because most people don't put results next to routine- I want fucking results. If you have a routine w pics then post here
Is more volume=more gains a meme?

Yes and no.
Can you recover from the volume? If yes, then yes.
If you can't, then no. You'll just regress in work capacity and volume and then gains.
