Ok /fit/
I can make all the gains in the world, but they are useless if I have acne on my face and back, those negate any aesthetics.

I'm ready to eat these straight up like people have suggested for skin gains, how long until I can expect my skin to clear up?
If this doesn't work I'll probably just an hero.

1. Take A Vitamin E/A/C/Zinc/B complex + lysineif you are serious about getting rid of your acne.
2. take medium temp showers, no hot water, no soap on face twice a day.
3. Get some sun
4. Get a decent shaving cream/soap if shaving every day not that cheap crap.
5. Eat lots of kale/sweet potatoes/carrots.

I spend all day in the sun so that's good.

Further detail on the vitamin part anon... i finished accutane 8 months ago and i dont know if its the shitty heat and me sweating a lot that causing me to break out or if my skin is relapsing. I hope it doesnt come back. Im currently just taking fish oil, vitamin D and potassium

If you're a stomach sleeper put a clean towel over your pillow or a new pillow case on every single night. This alone took me from cystic acne to almost 100% clear. The only time I ever break out now is when I haven't washed my pillow case in a few days.
