Can anyone help me come up with a good PPLPPLx routine.
Cant afford a gym but i have a Power rack at home. oly bar and 300 pounds of weight. dumbbells and a bunch of weights for those too.
I also have a tbar platform.
Been lifting on a bro split for the last few months. made some decent gains. looking for more though

based on what equipment you got those are the exercises I can recommend but it isn't balanced at all and you need to figure out the volume
