Read the sticky. Also there's no natural way of speeding up muscle growth, it's mostly determined by genetics. So use steroids or prepare to commit for at least 3 months of going to the gym if you want to see a change.

That being said, you probably shouldn't focus only on your delts. You should work your entire upper body (with a focus on delts).

My delts have been the biggest thing and what everyone always comments on me since I started. I only OHP around 70kg just now.
