Sup /fit/, I have a dilemma. For the past few weeks I've been making good progress cutting from 157 to 141 lbs through a low carb diet (~2000 cals). Last Friday I hit a low of 147 lbs in a morning weigh-in. Unfortunately on Saturday evening I binged on shit tons of carbs and cookies and the next day worked and dieted extra hard to compensate for it. Now for the past few days since Saturday I've been badly constipated and my weight has went up to 154 lbs in between meals and 151 lbs in the morning. Should I be worried about things and cut even more or just take a laxative and throw away all worries with my next passing?
