What is your favourite natty routine?

I'm getting some good gains from PPLPPLx right now.

do you do phraks? im just starting out on it. how long does the actual lifting take you? im about 25 minutes and done, seems like a short time for gains. still working up from low weights though.

i'm doing phraks + accessories and it takes me about an hour.. if you're not pressed for time try to add curls, skull crushers, face pulls, leg lifts, planks, etc to your routine. I usually knock out my big 3 in 35-40 minutes (rest 3m if the set was difficult) and spend the rest of the hour on accessories.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the biceps and triceps two of the slowest recovering muscles in the body? I'm pretty sure every bi or tri training session should have at least 48 hours rest in between.

My arms recover fine and I really only push them hard 3 of those days. If your glutes and quads aren't your slowest recovering muscles, you probably aren't squatting enough.

I'm doing Phraks and some of my own stuff (lifts I like, extra deadlifting, etc) and it's an hour to an hour and a half.

I'm currently doing PHAT since I really like the 5 day routine and the strength training. I dunno about PPLPPLX since it's either 3 days long (too short) or six days long in a row (I need Wednesday to be free and gym's closed on Sunday)

Doing hypertrophy, since frequency is key. Can't do deadlifts, I messed up my back but do back extensions instead. Still can do squats though.

Basically I do back/legs on one day and chest, shoulders, arms on the other, and then move the arms around either day.
