If you kept to a reasonable diet? You'd get lean. Swimming is very good for cal burn vs. time inputted.

You won't hit slick panty wetter otter mode without some structured swim plan and basic muscle exercises (body weight).

Nothing since you lose weight primarily through diet, but if you do adjust your diet then swimming is one of the most efficient ways of working out

You genuinely might as well not bother unless you are going to combine it with some kind of lifting.

Whatever your reason for not being able to lift is probably already a good enough reason to just give up already.
