I have a torn labrum and my gym partner has AC join issues. We are starting to see our symmetry in our lifts going FUBU. What are some of the ways other /fit/fags are working around shoulder issues in the gym?

Front squats/hack squats instead of back squats.
OHP hurts my shoulder more than Seated dbbell press.
