Have surgery for your lose skin, eat at a maintenance for a while to stabilize hormonal values and then have your testosterone levels checked. If they're low (most likely), you should get on a 200mg/week of test TRT which should result in several kg of muscle and hopefully a more normal looking body.

Do cable crossover. It's pretty much the same exercise with much less a chance of injuring yourself. You should never go heavy on such exercises anyway as that's not the point. Use proper form and focus on getting a good stretch at the bottom and a good squeeze at the end.

I'm drinking pwo right now and today I'm going to do pullups on rings, dips on rings, L sits on rings, and then I'll come inside and do some planches, some Turkish getups, some handstand pushups, whatever else I feel like as well.

It depends on how stronk/developed your abs are. If you've been training abs since you started (or consistently for a while), I'd bet on you having visible abs. If not, maybe just a flat stomach or a barely visible 4 pack. Even if you only get a flat stomach, the abs will pop out after a couple months of training them at your goal bf%

I'd say either cut and then lean bulk or just eat at maintenance and hop on a decent program, SS and SL are good for strength gains but not hypertrophy. A PPL would be good if you wanted to look like you lift, but have weaker lifts. Slow strength gains come with high volume. Took me 8 months to reach 225x5 on bench but I look like I lift in and out of a shirt, at least

I'm still DYEL as fuck cause I took a few breaks in between. They're going up slowly. Twice I hit a plateau and cut some weight and slowly increase them back up again. Stats in kg on a 5 kg bar. 27.5/35/60/80. 174cm manlet 75kg.

I went from SL to le reddit PPL and back to SL with 3 X 8-12 curls on A day and triceps extension on B day. I wish I could go back to doing le reddit PPL but I have too much commitments to spend 2 hours in the gym daily.

How much do you weigh? Iv only done this for about 14 days.
If you have alot of body fat it may take a significant time to burn through it.

tl;dr can I get a bf% estimate, I need to know how much longer I can cut before maintenance/clean bulk.
Also how do I escape upper body fridge mode? I am thinking train abs and obliques+lats and hope that in combination with being a hiplette I can work in a sick V shaped frame? Shoulders might be a plus too?

I want to go by bf% because I am prepping for a bulk, I'm not looking to get into skinny Stacy mode. Looking good won't cut it literally, I need numbers to go by because I have a program to carry on.
I'm going to need a bf% estimate, please. I'm not asking for mirror-based, self-perception based evaluation processes here.

Good for you for taking a controlled approach to this, but cutting another 5-10% is nothing to laugh at. Going from 20%-10% bf requires significantly more time and effort than going from 35%-25% because your body has a "survival instinct" floor for how much its willing to lose.

I assume your goal is to gain lean mass. Keep building a muscle base before taking a cut seriously.

thanks for your time. So far I got 20-25% and 25-30% from other anons. I recalculated my goal weight based on an average of 25%.
It's pic related. Do you think this calculator takes into account muscle mass lost as well, or should I just assume it just accounts for 100% of the weight lost being fat, and as a result I should cut a bit deeper ?
Also I am ready to go through it all, the way I see it, one good hard cut at the start and I'm done for at least a year cruising on a small clean bulk. I have a very well thought out program already, I just needed to know when it'll be starting so to speak.

You took a step in the right direction by getting caliper measurements. Although the calipers have error associated with them, they are more accurate than both third-party estimates and calculators. Many of these calculators were designed using a 70kg male as the source, because that was the standard for old medical textbooks. So whatever the calculators account for probably doesn't apply to you, or most other people.

If you want the most accurate bf measurement possible, find a university with an exercise science lab and volunteer for a hydrostatic body fat test.

Thanks for your advice. I did research scientific and medical measurements methods such as bodpods, hydrostatic test, and ampedancometry machines in laboratories, but figured I could save some money for now and weight till I reach at least <48kg to go get tested. I'll arrange for that when I come back from my trip in about three months.
Thanks for the rundown on how caliper calculations are formulated. I'll just use it as a scale tracker of progress now, not an actual representation of actual bf%.
