How do I lose body fat while retaining muscle growth? Please give me something more intelligent than "eat less, faggot"
Eat less carbs, faggot

Eat less faggot and get more protein.
Jesus fuck why is it so fucking confusing
Should I eat a keto no carb diet
Low carb diet
Medium carb diet
low fat high carb diet
should I do intermittent fasting for 24 hours once a week or not
its so fucking complicated and every study says the exact opposite of the other

Keep your insulin low. While it's high, there is no fat burning, so if you're on a caloric deficit and need energy, you risk turning your muscles to glucose for fuel.
To keep insulin low you could choose low glycemic foods, do intermittent fasting, or keto.

You don't. You need energy surplus for muscle growth and you need an energy deficit to lose fat. Unless you have some very strong chemical signals telling your muscles to grow, your body does not want to allocate the energy from your fat stores for muscle growth during a period of an energy deficit. Steroids would work and top tier genetics would be helpful. Other than that, the best you should hope for is to maintain the muscle you have while losing fat. That's why we bulk and cut. Nobody has gotten huge by trying to recomp.
Not op, but if I'm doing intermittent fasting, how many days should I do? I'm planning on doing Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Is that over doing it or will maximizing my days on fast yield better results?
