Some of them aren't that hated, but still aren't generally agreed on, on /fit/
PPLPPLx
A majority is 51%, and 85% of fit doesn't even lift.
All programs work, although the best ones are the ones that the trainee can do with proper form and consistency.

SS - done it
5x5 - done it
TM - done it
5/3/1 - done it
Bored with all those autistic specific routines, now days I just run a PPLPPLx. Works very well for staying muscular and lean and allows me to focus on aesthetics, while still maintaining a nice strength level, plus it's just more fun.

I currently started 5/3/1, how many cycles should I do before switching to a PPLPPLx? It does look fun, but I still want to do 5/3/1, as that's what I started after doing SS after ~4 months, and just want to try it out
I variate from LPPP (leg, push1, pull, push2) to LPPLPP depending on the days I'm working.
