How long do you stay at the gym
>>42185562
Until I'm done
No longer than 45 minutes because some guy with zero evidence said I should.
Nah I actually just stay until I've completed my pre-set amount of sets and reps for the day because I actually have a proper training method and actually aim for progression instead of just randomly coming into the gym and doing random shit and injecting myself with free gains.

I'm first who arrives and the last that leaves.
>>42185568
this, usually the amount of stretching and warming up I need to do makes the biggest difference. Typically I'd say anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours

Free gains are pretty nice though. Don't waste your mid 20s looking average.

And I do that at 24/7 gym
Like an hour
But whenever I'm done in done, not before or after
>be at the gym for four hours because nothing else to do
>see a lot of people come and go
>reminds me of the people in my life who have come and gone
>>42185759
>have 24 hr gym membership
>usually go between 11pm-12am
>see a lot of the same people there everyday
>lift for an hour
>gym regulars still there
>cardio for an hour
>gym regulars still there
>say bye to the two dudes I'll actually talk to
>rinse and repeat for more than a year
>get a new schedule
>go to the gym at 8pm during peak hours
>gym regulars still there
its turning into about 2 hours per session, 3 times a week.
Between 1.5 to 2 hours on a regular basis.
I actually get really self conscious thinking that the people who work there or other regulars look at me and think, "wow sure workout a long time, don't they have anything else to do?"
Fuck, I just can't help myself..
1.5-2 hours
