Short question: Does the guide count for hardgainers,too?
My diet consists almost exclusively out of burgers, indish curry and pasta but I can't get over 67 kg for the damn of it with "fatty" food alone.

Is that enough? I have honestly no idea of fitness that's why I visited you guys. I should prob. Start eating breakfast, too but I usually feel sick if I eat before 11 am ...
Youre more fat than you realize. You are skinny because you have no muscle from sitting inside playing video games during your entire youth. Unless you have visible 6 pack abs you are at least 12% but probably higher. You need to exercise more, dont go 3 days a week and do a couple lifts
