Here's his meal plan

>Meal 1: Organic-omega-3 enriched eggs, a handfull of almons, cup of green tea

Meal 2: Organic beef jerky with no additivies, spinach salad with a bit of olive oil, lemon and balsamic vineger, water with a dash of lemon and mint leaves for taste

Meal 3: Wild salmon steak with a side dish of steamed brocoli sparkled with some red chili pepper flakes, a small organic espresso coffee (you read it right)

Meal 4: Post workout shake consisting of: Whey protein isolate, glutamine, glycine

Meal 5: Grass fed beef steak with a side dish of wild mushroom soup (Just a variety of fresh and dried mushrooms, some chili, spices and water), a cup of white tea

Meal 6: Organic Cottage cheese (unless you have severe dairy issues) mixed with a bit of Riccota cheese, half a cup of blueberries, and sweetend with stevia

BUT 250-300g of protein in 1200 calories is basically either impossible or long-term suicide.

It's not. You'd die or at least get sick. You need room for a variety of fats, fiber, and micronutrients. Even at 250g leaving 200 calories to spare, thats only like 20g of fat. I don't think that's enough, especially in the absence of essential micronutrients which there's simply not enough room calorie wise for. And multi vitamins are not really a good substitute.

It is relevant because it prove in itself that OPs claim is false. There's enough carbs and fats involved to disprove that even 250g of protein are being eaten if the calories are indeed restricted to 1200.

I started calculating the macros and unless he's eating astronomically small servings of the stuff that's not 100% protein, he's not even eating 250g of protein per 1200 calories.
