Post messy and fuckin filthy meals you often make after a work out. Here's what I just had:

>Turkish roll
>loaded with mayo and BBQ sauce
It's simple but tastes great. Get quality mayo and BBQ sauce or don't bother

2 litres of milk with 2 scoops of chocolate whey
half a stick of broccoli
some turkey
some protein cheese
that's it
My lift meals aren't really mouth watering because I do low-fat-high-carb on lift days.
tiny jungle bananas, rice, asian grilled chicken breast + spicy dipping sauce.
Rest days are high-fat-low-carb, so I have some pretty nice options. Tomorrow marinated, grilled pork skin/belly, asian bbq chicken, quail eggs, green salad
Friendly reminder that high amounts of fat post workout slow down digestion and prevent your body from getting its well needed protein.
You literally miss out on gains if you eat foods with high fats pre and post workout.
