Looking to buy a 20kg or 45lb barbell to do deadlifts, squats, ohp, rows, bench press, etc in my garage. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good quality barbell that won't be too pricy?

I'm in the North-Eastern part of the United States, but i did find a US version of the site with a bar similar to the one you linked: https://www.strengthshopusa.com/strength-shop-bastard-bar-2055.html i don't think it's exactly the same though.
I'm also eyeballing this one that seems really fucking cheap and meets the criteria i'm looking for https://www.strengthshopusa.com/olympic-bar.html $115 is at least $100 less than i expected to spend, does anyone see and issues with this bar?

this is the same bar as the first I posted:

if you want a good bar that will last, then you want a power bar

isnt as good as a power bar, but isnt terrible either. if you really cant afford the extra $50 get this one
the $115 one is shit. only slightly better than those cheapo ones you get in bundle packages
another good option for the US is the ohio power bar. at the end of the day, a bar is really a "buy quality, buy once" type of things. a power bar will last a lifetime if you look after it

if you aren't willing to pay for good quality oly gear then just get standard stuff. it's cheaper and readily available on the second hand market. and you will be able to spin it for roughly what you put into it when you can afford to buy a good olympic setup

Poorfag here,
I had a very ghetto home gym for two years before I left to uni. I spent about $60 for about 250lbs worth of weights, a barbell, and a bench. Here's what I suggest.
Go to a flea market during the first month of summer, or the first months following New Years. It usually has people who have burnt out already and they are selling their weight sets. They have them at pretty low prices because they are just trying to get rid of it. You can probably use this strategy for Craigslist too.
Your biggest expense will probably be the squat rack (this is essential for your home gym, do not think you'll get by with only a bench) so factor that in when you're looking around flea markets.
You could do what I did to get around the cost of a squat rack. I bought a very sturdy backpack and a dip belt so I can do the body weight equivalents of OHP and bench safely (and get around the fact that I only had 250lbs to work with) . However you don't have to do this, I only did this since I had no luck finding a cheap squat rack.
I browsed a second hand site called Gumtree for a few days and found a set of dumbbells and barbells for 30 quid with interchangeable weights
