p lads. I'm cutting down to the glorious 10% body fat and I've stalled this past week. Currently about 12%. I'm absolutely sick of cardio. I usually do 20 minutes of HIIT 3-4 times a week and now I can't even go 15 minutes without wanting to kill myself. What should I do /fit/?

I assume that you don't run and you just fast walk for a long time. In the first 8 minutes you only burn glucose. After that you start burning fat.

I said I do hiit. I start by walking for 2 minutes then run at max speed for 1 minute. Then I walk at a brisk pace for about 1 minute then I run again. Repeat until minute 20.
