How'd mine go? Pretty much the complete opposite.

>turned on fantasy football podcast right before I walked in, had a nice cry over Zeke's weekend antics (he's my keeper), then noticed no one else was there
>had an incredible shoulder day
>finished with 15 minutes on the treadmill on the highest incline
>looked at the tv and remembered a lunatic is in charge of the country
>ran to bathroom for simultaneous cry and poop
>all in all a good morning session
