I fucked up my lower back from deadlifting and squatting too hard and heavy. How long should I wait before I load the lower back again?

Do 3 sets of 25 of squats and dealifts with the empty bar. If it hurts do some bodyweight, if not do two sets of 25 and the last one put a little bit of weight. I'll post a pic I found a few days ago while I also fucked my back. Also do a lot of reverse hyperextensions, lat pulldowns stretching at the top, and leg raises hanging from the bar. I feel way better after a week, considering i couldn't get up from bed.
