Daily reminder that if you don't follow your teeth routine you will end up like pic related.

2x2-3' super sonic or at least high speed electric brush
2x30-60'' fluoride mouth wash
1x floss

2x/year plaque removal

If you do more you're damaging the dental enamel or gum respectively.
If you do less your gum will deteriorate, plaque will take over and bacteria populations will grow.

Now that you have read this PSA you can move on or bump the thread with your false claims about fluoride being harmful or not proven effective.
