I lift from 21.30 - 23.00 and I'm in bed by 23.30. The sleep is soo sweet and I feel wonderful waking up. Makes IF on 1:23 also easier for me.
go to bed 7 pm wake up 12:30 am be at the gym at 1:30 am done at 3:00 am Get home 3:30 am Cook 2 chicken breast asleep by 4:30 am wake up 10: am.
My pump is gone when i wake up but i know it will be worth it in the end
