I have a bit of a crisis /fit/ i work at a camp and one of the many things i do frequently is chase kids in games. Even though im lanky and slightly muscular, i have realized that i am extremely slow. I know to train my quads and calves, but what are the absolute best exercises to get faster?

Sprinting is the single best exercise for getting fast
But if you are looking for other ways of getting faster it depends on what is your limiting factor is

You get better at picking up and putting down heavy things by picking up and putting down heavy things. This principle applies to the rest of your life as well.
