I can incline press 100lb dumbbells for 1 set of 8 and can OHP 155lbs for 3. I can DB press the 80s for 1 set of 8. The best thing I ever did was say fuck an OHP for gains and just use it to test my strength. Focus on any your incline DB bench press and let it carry over to your OHP
