Is it really possible for natties to hit 4/6/7?
>>42178851
OP here. What's your PL total?
I'm 275/405/500
>>42178846
seems possible to me
>>42178846
Yes. 4/6/7 is possible but is at the 90% percentile of all male adults. It requires a ton of training and lean strength.
>>42178846
4pl8 maybe, with a lot of hard work.
with the others, it depends on genetics.

275 squat
405 bench
500 diddly
come on son

yes, but after an extremely long time, like 10+ years maybe. ive been lifting for like 5 years and im at 335 bench, 420 squat (can probably do 5 plates, but ive had litterally some leg injury every couple months so i keep it kinda low, broken leg, pulled calf, fucked up hip, torn hamstring etc, . once im done competitive sports ill prob go real into powerlifting, and i deadlift 575, so almost 6 plates. I feel i will hit a 7 plate deadlift before i hit a 6 plate squat or 4 plate bench.
im 5'10 200, kinda chunky tho i got prob 20 + lbs to lose still..
This is also with litterally no progrramming, ive been doing PPL 5x5 for this whole time just adding 5 lbs or another rep
4/5/6 is def attainable natty, i am almost there on 2 of them, 4/6/7 will take a long time to reach

What's y'alls PL totals?

Hell yeah nice dude. The 4 plate bench is the one that has me weary. My bench is fucking shit compared to my squat and deadlift. 275. I hit 225x10 the other day after taking a 3 day break from the gym. I don't have any programming either. I just strive to hit a PR every week whether it be an extra rep or 5lbs.

Yes, very.

How old is this girl? Is this picture illegal?
>>42179169
true, my push days usually go like
265 ,5,5,5,4,4
then next time i get around its 5,5,5,5,4
then 5x5. tjem i usually chill here for a push day or two, till i hit 5,5,5,5,6
then go to 270, where i am at 5,5,4,4,4, right now.
then repeat. Dont really go for more then 5 reps unless its my last rep to see if I should go up.
I know there is better ways to do this, This is just simple as fuck and I am stronger then 90% of my gym.
my buddy gave me a 4 week peak because I want to hit a PR for my birthday and this is litterally the only deviation I have done from PPL.

>mfw my PL total is only 100 pounds more than your diddly
For sure. People like Alan Thrall rep 5 pl8 and could probably get 6pl8 1RM with enough dedication (and disregard for personal weight). His bench is self admittedly terrible, and its somewhere at 3.5 iirc. 7 is pretty hard though.

That's smart. Sometimes I like to do a day of triples or doubles. 5x5 everyday seems like it would get boring but you're strong as hell so it's working. I remember Elliot Hulse back in the day saying his biggest problem wasn't doing more weight and more training but learning to hold back and take days off. I swear that's the truth. Today I got 500 for an easy 1, setting a new PR 2 days after hitting that 225x10 PR and all I did was take 3 days off
