I can see my top two abs coming though already but my weight loss has plateued. I already lost 10lbs this summer. fug I want this before I go back to college next month for the sloots.

I'm kind of in the same boat. I can see my abs coming in but the progress is so slow. I'm getting there though. That last bit of lower belly/hip fat is such a bitch to get rid of. Just keep up the deficit, do ab exercises, do cardio. Every plateau eventually breaks.

Anon, for a serious answer to a common problem of weight loss plateau, you need to first understand that you must eat MORE to lose MORE.

Basically, for 2 days, eat slightly above your starting weight maintenance calories, and then go back to your usual diet.
