what is the most effective chest workout, /fit/?
Seems to vary massively from person to person.
For me it is bench press, with a slow upward portion of each rep. I find if I do it explosively, my triceps come into it more.
Bear this in mind, if you struggle to "feel" your chest in chest exercises, try changing the speed of the reps as it can make a big difference.
