Stats:
455x1 deadlift
185x2 bench
315x2 squat highbar
So im very tall and have long arms. I dont train squats a lot because of knee pain and i skip bench all the time because its hopeless, my body just dont seem to make progress there.
Should i just train more for deadlift (since i have good genetics for it) and compete?
Im natty and i think if i train for 1-2 years more i can reach 550-600 lbs

Do what you want brah. I'm pretty much the same, long as fuck arms. Deadlift 6plate but can't squat 3plate as I don't train squat often at all.
