If I was alone on this earth I'd probably still lift because it's fun but I would be much less consistent and I wouldn't care too much about bodyfat.

I started lifting to train for sports in high school. Retard strength doesn't really help you become a good baseball player I learned tho.

Lifting weights is pretty much my only hobby because it's only thing I'm good at basically
