I would consider myself lucky to look like CWC in this photo in two years. The fact is I know I have more gyno-tissue than him there and the loose skin I'll have after losing weight will make my torso look similar or worse.

Start measuring your food. A serving of peanut butter is 2 tablespoons, about 200 calories. Most people don't measure when they make a PB sandwich, but peanut butter is extremely calorie dense.

That's probably about right. Say the typical American PB&J: white bread, inorganic peanut butter, inorganic jelly.

Jiff is 190 cal per 2 tablespoons. Sandwhich maker probably uses 3, so 300 cal right there.

White bread is like 90-120 cal per slice. So another 180-220 calories.

3-4 tablespoons of Smuckers grape jelly is another 200 calories.

2. Most people add more than one knifefull, yes. Caloric value of a custom made item isn't set in stone, that's why this is a stupid discussion. Peanut butter has a lot of calories. It's very, very easy to get more calories than you think eating items that include peanut butter.

The biggest difference I've found between the organic and non-organic peanut butter butter is that a few more grams of sugar is added to the non-organic one. The calorie amount is about the same. But the added sugar is why I always try to get organic peanut butter even though I usually don't give a shit about organic food.

On the topic of peanut butter, if any of you guys live near an Aldi's, try to get the Simply Nature crunchy Peanut butter with flax and chia seeds. This peanut butter is amazing. But Aldi only sells this randomly for a limited time.

Learning to eat properly at a deficit while losing weight will make maintaining your new weight far easier, because you already know what's up.

Exercise is a commitment, but you're going to want to build muscle to help your poor skin or if you were fat for any significant period of time.

Yeah, I think his point was that it wasn't the calorie counting that got me to lose weight but that I must have been eating healthy foods. Recommended sugar limit is 25g for women and 38g for men. But keep in mind that's the MAXIMUM you can have, and quite honestly that number is probably too high. I bet some major companies pulled strings to get the number even that high.

But yeah, try and cut out as much added sugar as you can and just try to limit your intake to mostly sugars from fruit. When you eat an apple or orange they contain plenty of fiber that helps your body correctly digest the natural sugar so it's not nearly so bad for you.

Help guys.
6'5" 22 year old male and dropped from 282 to 266 between Christmas and the end of March (wooo hooo great victory), but since then I've basically just fluctuated jumping up to a maximum of 273, and then falling to as low as 259 (after a very stimulated festival and getting ill for a week), and now I'm back at ~266, it's going the wrong way, and am struggling with feeling hunger ALL the time :(

How do you reduce the insatiable desire to eat all the time?

Goal weight is 200 lb's just to see what I look like at that weight (it's been at least 7 years since i've been anything like that weight) and then reassess my goals from there. Pic related

I listen to my stomach. It's crazy how much I realized that most of the times I was hungry, my mouth was feeling "hungry" while my stomach was fine.

If I do feel like snacking, as long as it's within my calories I eat something, most of the time it's fruit or yoghurt.

Some people say water helps, but that's never helped me. Tea is also good, but I drink about 4 cups of that a day regardless of weight.

Try "fasting" by only drinking coffee until about 3-5pm. For some reason having breakfast makes me hungry 2 hours later whereas if I have some coffee the hunger goes away.
