Hello /fit/ i need your help,i have been doing SS for about 4 month and i am starting to plateu really hard,I wanted to switch to another routine but i don't know what would be a good one to switch to,any help would be greatly appreciated.
My current stats are
>90kg squat
>100kg deadlift
>60kg bench press
>45kg OHP
>I weigh 75kg at 183cm
What are your goals?
If strength, Texas Method.
If aesthetics, pretty much anything with medium-high volume and hitting everything twice a weak + stay lean.
