Sup fags. I posted on here a couple months ago about having to lose muscle fast for a film role. I did all ya'll told me to and it worked. But I can't for the life of me shed leg muscles, especially calves and shins. How tf do i do that at a rate not exceeding the human lifestyle and without atrophy? I don't have time for a coma.

Short of stopping walking for months.
You could blast t3 at like 75mcg per day and limit walking to absolute necessary only.

Is there such thing as overworking calf muscles? Mayve you can just shred them to bits with raises and then only eat sugar..
