I bought a pouch of fibre. I have an office job, so farting and crapping during the day isn't a good idea, but it's when I drink my protein shakes.
Some sites promote eating it evenly though the day, some sites say I should have more in the morning.
If I put fibre in the first shake I have in the day (10:30 ish), is that going to make me gassy during the day? Should I put it mainly in my last shake instead? Or just say fuck it and spread it evenly throughout the day, and having it dosed that way will not make me gassy?
