What routines are you all on? I've just finished one of the Takano cycles and looking for something new for my next cycle starting in 2 weeks (next comp is mid-September)

/owg/ on /fit/ died because everybody either posted 5 foot 1 chinks and analyzed their technique or girls doing snatches. Maybe reddit is full of manlets where that kind of stuff is relevant but most of us here are tall and lanky.

Can only snatch 79kg and clean and jerk 105kg ;__; Mentally I just can't do big boy weights without getting scared. Anyone have any advice on how to break past that? I can squat 175kg and Front squat 150kg, but I just can't seem to hit any real decent numbers.

Using lighter plates has helped me. I mean, instead of using a 25kg plate just use two 10kg and a 5kg plate desu.
