Guys what the fuck is wrong with me?
I was squatting and normally my form is fine. But today I couldn't even squat lmao1pl8 without my lower back starting to get loose. I brace perfectly but even that didn't work. I tried to deload today but clearly I can't even do that so wtf.
Any advice?
I did a lot of mobility work before I hit the gym but I don't know if that caused the loose back.
