No, you need lifting (or body weight routines at the bare minimum) to look decent.

Whenever you lose weight, it's a combination of fat and muscle. Lifting minimizes the amount of muscle that you lose. If you aren't going to lift, at least do push-ups, pull-ups, dips, and abs to have something when you get down to a low enough body fat.

Otherwise you'll look like that gay vegan with the obese boyfriend everyone posts on the spoof "rate my form" threads.
