My chest, I've done benching and dumb bell presses and some chest flies and usually only feel my shoulders.....

chest, by far. its almost comical how small my chest is, and normally i am just interested in athletics and not looks but i had a bad injury that stopped me from lifting chest, its finally getting better, im literally like half a decade behind in my chest.

are flyes a meme exercise? am i just better off benching frequently with various grip widths?

i think if you focus on thoracic mobility you can activate chest better. most people with bad middle black flexibility and strength and control have poorly developed chests and rolled forward shoulders as a result.
