Hey fit. I am 178 centimetres but want to be 183 because that would make me an actual human. I am 22 so it is too late for any major natural growth.

Does anyone have any experience with HGH or surgery?

HGH won't affect your height. Your growth plates have fused already. The surgery is a meme and you'll get to be wheel chair bound and wind up incredibly disproportionate
