I am 5'6'' and 115 lbs. This is a good BMI but I've been reading about people being skinny fat. I am slim in most places but I have some excess belly fat, so my stomach is not flat. If I measure my waist at the smallest point it's 26 inches but if I measure around the fattest point of the belly fat it's 33 inches. Is this bad? What can I do?
