I'm 19 yrs old, 6' 155 lbs. I've never really had any gym experience or training. I'd like to get started this upcoming semester at school to lift as I wanna get bigger and improve my strength for wrestling and bjj. Any tips you can give as far as routines and diet?

Read the sticky. Eat a lot of food, especially protein. Find a beginner routine with free weights and compound movements. Lift heavy ass barbells.

Don't do this unless you're planning on taking drugs

Thanks, how much do you think I could realistically gain in about a year. I'm not insane like other people who think they can gain like 40 lbs of pure muscle in a couple of months

Thanks, will do

Considering your physique, you'll be much better off with a low volume routine (fullbody or 3 day split) that focuses on strength progression. That sort of program linked will just end up overtraining you in less than 2 months time. You will not be able to keep up with such a program unless you have a ton of experience or are on drugs (that guy in the photo is definitely taking something).
