Often after hitting PRs I go back on the next session ~48 hours later and can't replicate the same weight/reps I did on the PR, much less increase the weight. Been dropping weight and building back up but progress is still abysmally slow.
Also have problems putting on weight. At one point was eating ~3200 cals and ~180g protein per day for ~a month and only put on 2 pounds (while doing roughly 4 gym sessions per week) (~6', now ~155 ibs)
Lifts all suck, no where near 1/2/3/4 after ~6 months lifting, maybe .5 / 1 / 1.5 / 2 (3x8). This is clearly disastrous.
What am I doing wrong (besides everything)?

"at one point"
Should've kept eating at that level.
Also, you're likely vastly over-estimating how much you're eating every day.
Don't fall for the GOMAD meme, but continue eating at the level you're eating now, and add a big glass of whole milk every night before bed.
EZPZ calorie boost.

welcome to babby's first intermediate program where you don't progress linearly from workout to workout. Look at the way texas method is structured and try to replicate in accordance to your goals
