I hate to say this, but I'm honestly struggling to excercise and lift weights at least 5 days a week.
How did you become disciplined when it comes to weightlifting ?
>>42164498
just to full body three times a week unless you are at 1-2-3-4 level already.
>>42164534
>do less as a beginner
>when you can do more
>>42164498
So you're doing weightlifting huh?
>>42164549
every main muscle group 3 times a week is more than enough bro. 5 times a week as a beginner is either a brosplit or overkill.
>>42164498
make a schedule and stick to it. If you really want to get /fit/ you're gona make it just stop making shit excuses like this.
>>42164498
if you're struggling, then do split that suits you. Upper/lower or 3x full body work just as fine

>overkill
>waaah my overtraining waaah
You're literally just as new and as weak as OP. You shouldn't give advice.
>>42164498
because i actually like it
i like being in the gym and lifting heavy weights
let ask you something OP, if you were the last man earth, would you still lift weights? if the answer is no, you're wasting your time lifting.
>>42164498
consider it a form of recreation?

Learn to enjoy it. Have fun with it. If you watch interviews with all the famous Olympians (michael phelps included) they train as hard and often that they do not only because of a goal in mind (gold medals) but they also have fun.
I get so bored sometimes when I'm not training, learn to enjoy yourself when you lift, or run/swim. It's not really a discipline for me anymore.
