/fit/ I've been lifting for strength for a while, but now I wanna try something different. What's your favorite brosplit?

Back/bi
Chest/tri
Legs
Don't do brosplits OP
Strength aesthetics are real. You gain far more strength and test with full body workouts.

this but I train delts with legs
>>42162886
>>42162894 is a PPL
I enjoy 2 splits :
> Chest/Bi
>Legs
>Rest/Cardio
>Bonus
>Back/Tris
Or
> Chest/Back
> Legs
> Arms
> Pause
> Back/Chest
> Arms

I see people say this all the time on /fit/. I basically do a brosplit like >>42162894 ABCxABCx. If i were to combine all three into one day and do that three days a week, I could see gains actually decreasing due to exhaustion and overtraining. I have yet to see any proofs of these claims. Also, post body.

You could also try a 4 day Upper/Lower alternating low rep schemes and high rep schemes.

that's not a brosplit, idiot.

Sure it is, newfriend
>>42162894
you forgot delts bro
>>42162886
Chest/Arms, Back/Shoulders, Legs/Abs, 6 on 1 off.
If you really want to bro down you can use the last leg session of the week to train arms again.

No it isn't, idiot. A PPL is not a brosplit, idiot.
