Go for a beginner strength program, like Starting Strenght, StrongLifts, Greyskull, etc. Pretty much any novice strength program will do.

No one gets fat out of nowhere. You'll gain weights — muscle and fat — but it's gradual. A woman would only become strongfat if she keeps bulking and bulking. At any moment she can go on a cut to lose a few pounds of fat.
This applies to any routine, including Sheiko of course.
Again, a novice shouldn't start with Sheiko.

I was going to start with SL actually, before I decided to check out powerlifting as a potential long term route, and thus wondered if there was a better entry point.

If a novice can't do Sheiko, can an Intermediate fresh of SL do it, or is it too advanced? What would be the proper step to take in between, in which case?

Considering bulking, I am going on my first bulk ever very soon (my cut should be done in less than two months now), and have been working through a bulking plan to prepare for it.
Do you mind checking it out to see any inconsistencies ?

Here's the tl;dr :

By what I read Sheiko doesn't work well with everybody and, comparing to other intermediate programs like Texas Method it's relatively slow. You could do StrongLifts for 6 months or so, until you've stalled a few times and linear progression isn't really happening anymore (this is the cue you should pay attention to). Then you hop on Texas Method, which can work well for a good while (depends on you really.) Then you could look for Sheiko, if it fits your objectives.

No. Real thicc (not just fat with lucky genetics) means you're big. You're not going to get big by being autistic about food, unless it means you autistically eat a lot. Sure, your gainz potential is limited by womanlet-ness, but still.
What you should do, is bulk up without going over board (i.e. not 5k fucking calories, but 1.3-1.5x TDEE), and keep bulking until you look at yourself and go like "fuck I'm getting fat, that's too much".
At that point, you cut for a few months, and then start over.

Also, keep in mind that being autistic about calories will severely hinder any strength (and size) gains you may make, and while you won't gain much fat, you also will stay a strengthlet.
Lifting heavy ("heavy" being relative of course, 52 kg women WR is easily attainable by an average male in a year if he trains and eats right) is a core part of /thicc/ness, you definitely don't want to skimp out on that.

Thank you guys for the response, I went to bed yesterday night shortly after our last exchange.
I've really thought about what you said, anon, and I think you're inherently right. I had designed this bulking plan with the intent to prioritize gaining muscle mass, but I understand now that my only priority should really be gaining strenght.
I can apply my autism to eating higher quantities of food (1.4xTDEE should do), that is really no issue. After all the point of SL and Texas Method should be to build strenght, and since I'm going powerlifting after that, I don't need to worry about staying too lean. It really makes sense, everything you're saying.
I really want to lift heavy, and being a strenghtlette really makes me afraid.
Thanks again for all your advice, I'm going to make a new bulk plan with this revised information and try and devise a couple meal plan rotations for such a "high" daily intake.

Well I can tell you how me and my boyfriend met which is indirectly /fit/ related.
So around 2010-2011 I had been browsing the chan for a year or so, until one day I found a link to a tinychat room made by /fa/ people. I decided to check it out, though I wasn't much interested in fashion, and became a somewhat regular there (it was my first online chatting experience). There was this infamous /fit/izen guy who used to come trolling regularly in the room, he was somewhat of a celebrity and tripfag here on /fit/ at the time. After a while, he made a chatroom for him and his following of fitfags as well as other outcasts, and I went in casually to talk philosophy, play chess against him, and generally hardchat each other. As I grew older things in my real life took more time of me (research grad school), so I stopped going frequently, maybe a couple weeks a year. Just to check in on the guys, I guess. They kept moving from rooms to rooms on different hosts site, it became hard to track them down but eventually last september I got an invite to the new chatroom by an old common friend, and went back in the game so to speak. About a month in, this new guy that must have joined in the last chatroom merge started talking to me. We kept talking and maybe two weeks in, I was in love with him. We've been in a relationship for a bit over 9 months now, and I am going to move halfway across the world to live with him in roughly 4.
I think truly introverted girls like me (no IRL friends, no social interactions except close family, only school/work), you can find them in certain obscure places in the internet.

I think the general idea here is that online shy girls have less inhibitions, they are more prone to speaking their mind, showing their emotions.
IRL I am a placid inward stone-faced woman, just constantly pensive and lost in thought.
