Hey, I'm new as you can tell, 125kg from 130, I go to the gym 3 times a week and usually do 10 minutes of cardio and then machine weights for 35 then cardio warm down, is it best to do this when losing weight? Friends that go to the gym just say to lift heavy stuff. 3965 is also my tde? That can't be right.
