I have been working out for about a year and a half now and i have decided to start using freeweights. Ive only used machines thus for for a lack of better knowledge and the freeweight sectin at my gym is filled with fucktards. So what routibe should i do? The guy at my gym recommended 4x8 but i wanted /fit/s input aswell.

do you mean people bigger than you who intimidate you? and so SS with accessories. dont listen to PTs at commercial gyms, they hand those qualifications out to any mong who ives them enough money

1. Read SS. No need to actually do SS, just read the book, it will teach you how to do the big lifts without going to snapcity.
2. Do either
- SS + assistance lifts
- Greyskull LP
- Ivysaur's beginner routine
and stick to it for 3 to 6 months.
