/fit/ How do you keep your energy throughout the day without sacrificing sleep (too much caffeine etc)?
>eat healthy
>drink a lot of water
>lift 5 times a week
>lost 70 pounds in the past year, 20 to go
I feel like I'm doing all the right things to improve the quality of my life. Except for the fact that at night after gym in the AM, then work all day I am so fucking tired. I'm supposed to be studying for my IT certs at night but I get home and I'm exhausted and I conk out or watch TV. Sometimes I'll drink a cup of coffee to wake me up for studying and then it fucks up my sleep
Any tips
