Greetings fellow angry bones. I decided last week I am tired of being skeltal. Getting on a high calorie diet, bought pullup bar for beginner gains so I can get over fear of gym. Currently 5'9, 125lbs (179cm, 56.6kg). Aiming for 150lbs (68kg)
