Anyone ever get a weird sensation on the top of their wrist running up into their forearm after chest day? I've been icing the last two days, it's helped, but it feels like the tendons are fucked up or something

yes i have that especially directly after dips.
my cure was
> trying to actively grip the barbell/etc hard
> try to put the barbell more on your lifeline than on the middle of your hand and actively
> try to ''form a "U"'' with the barbell
Stretch, ice, make circles with your wrists, take a multi vitamin daily. I havent had my wrists hurt like that it a while after doing all this.
Does anyone feel pain in the middle of the ulna when releasing the barbell after doing curls? Also the pain is still there if I pressure the middle of the ulna after workout. Tried to rest it off for a couple of weeks but the pain comes back everytime I curl. Anyone else with this problem?
just above the bottom of my right shoulder blade hurts when doing bicep curls. I don't swing the weight.

You probably curl your wrist on bench or same type of moments to shorten the ROM at the bottom (to reach the bar quicker to your chest) unconciously. Just pay more attention and grip the bar as hard as you can
