British brethren, my local Tesco was out of Skyr so I picked this up. It has the same calories and the same (slightly more) protein as Skyr. It's a bit runnier and tastes a little better. Am I being tricked or are Tesco very nice?

I've never seen that, might give it a try.

Been eating Skyr up until now with fuel 10k granola, pumpkin seeds, raspberries and blueberries. Never tasted like cement.
Does anyone have any idea of the B12 content in Skyr? I can't find it anywhere

eat well and lift. you can only do that here though
Tbh I would just go /cheapmode/ by buying supermarket branded shit, because it works out so much cheaper. But i'm scared they chuck in loads of yankee chemicals and GMOs. I mean there must be a reason organic sells for like a pound more right? Can't just be for the hipster mugs

>i'm scared they chuck in GMOs
what did he mean by this
>>42159934
Organic costs more because they get a smaller harvest since:
. they can't use some fertilizers to help crops grow,
. can't use pesticides so they lose more of their crops
. cant use GMO plants which are more resilient to things like frost.

Skyr is cheaper and has more protein with the same amount of carbs and fat. On top of that it is a viking delicacy where as fage is some shit produced in a warehouse in poverty greece somewhere. The question is why aren't you buying Skyr, idiot
